With the knowledge and insight of the Pro Kite Morocco team you will be led to picturesque kite spots most others will never see or experience, and you will be invited to share and learn about our culture, customs and cuisine, from being served tea made in the traditional moroccan style and to sleeping in a typical Saharawi tent under the stars.
If you can picture yourself kiting by day in the Sahara desert, being coached or guided by a moroccan kitesurf champion, and by night enjoying barbecued fresh seafood around a campfire while discussing the adventures of the day, then Pro Kite Morocco is for you.
We are one of the only operators offering a kite-safari option for guests: travel with your Pro Kite Morocco guide all the way along the coastline on the hunt for wind (and waves, if experienced enough) and secret kite spots.

One of Dakhla’s most famous spots: behind the big dune in the middle of the main lagoon you will discover the legendary speed spot. Here the wind blows offshore, which causes miraculous flat-water conditions.
WHITE DUNE
Every kitesurfer should experience the unique white dune, one of Dakhla’s unforgettable highlights.
Advanced kitesurfers can travel there by downwinder, guided by Pro Kite Morocco, or we can take you there by 4x4 from town or from the main lagoon, off-roading for around 40 minutes through the desert.

Shhh! Let’s not talk too much about this place: we’ll just say that the secret spot is one of the places that will make your holidays happier. Youssef is a very good teacher. He was a kite champion before and is a Dakhla local. He knows the wind and water so well and will bring you to the best places to learn to kite. He has great equipment and much patience. He will listen to your goals and needs and will personalize the lessons to your needs. Youssef is a very kind and funny guy also which makes the lessons so enjoyable. We did an extra excursion with him and I could not have a better holiday partially thanks to this guy.

So I had Youssef as an instructor for 5 sessions in Dakhla. My starting level was just starting to get the board on my feet and trying to water start. By the end of the week, I was able to go out and come back to the same place. Youssef was an amazing teacher and didn't overload me, he got me to focus on the most important single thing at each stage. I am not a quick learner and am 59 year old Male. He carefully assessed my ability and drop fed me condensed instructions. All carefully considered. I had the most fantastic week and progressed more than I thought possible. Thoroughly recommend him.
